Beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom condo in the Hood Canal, right down the street from Alderbrook Resort. Rental is from Friday-Friday. You can rent the whole week or only part of it. Check in time is between 4-5pm on the Friday. Special arrangements may be made if previously organized. Office is closed on Sunday’s. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and there is a pull out bed in the couch in the living room. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, just bring your groceries. There is a private patio with a bbq grill. There is a clubhouse, exercise room, heated pool (seasonal), sauna and a hot tub. Clubhouse has full kitchen, ping pong table and a lovely terrace. No pets allowed. Fully refundable damage deposit of $600 due to the resort upon check in. There are lots of movies and games in the unit. Wi-Fi and cable included. TV in living room, and master bedroom.
When we go we usually spend some time at Alderbrook Resort which is a 2 minute drive down the road. They have a restaurant, a wonderful spa, and the property itself is just beautiful. They usually have a lot of fun activities. Depending on the time of year they have boat and kayak rentals. Geocaching adventures. In the colder months they do s’mores by the fire pits. They usually do a fireworks show on Fourth of July and New Year’s Eve too.
We also explore lake Cushman, which is awesome to just drive around. Lots of waterfalls. Steel high bridge is right there too. A lot of hiking in the area. Hoodsport is close by and has awesome restaurants and wineries. Twanoh state park is close by too. Lots to do in the hood canal!
This resort is a family friendly place, and is not for rowdy groups. This is not a place to party.
