Canal Hideaway is a beautiful farmhouse with a wrap-around porch on Lilliwaup Bay located on the only fjord in the lower United States. Enjoy 180-degree view of the Hood Canal. Bald eagles, sea lions, ducks, blue heron, salmon, and dozens of other animals call Lilliwaup Bay home.
Our home is located minutes from downtown Hoodsport, Lake Cushman, Staircase Campground, and Hama Hama Oyster Farm. You can easily explore the pristine rivers, mountains, or the Hood Canal coves and inlets all around you. We have just under an acre of private tidelands filled with oysters and crabs. Salmon literally swim up to the staircase of our bulkhead as they make their way up the mountain stream just a few feet from our property.
Foodies will love our fully-stocked kitchen, gas grill, and Kamado grill. Whether you are shucking oyster, grilling a freshly-caught salmon, or making a batch of cookies, all the tools you need are just steps away.
Best of all is the comfortable home. Every room has a view of Hood Canal. You will enjoy 2 large master suites with private bathrooms. The home's open concept is perfect for entertaining and bonding with friends and family. Sip coffee or enjoy an afternoon cocktail on our shaded wrap-around porch. 6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - NO EXCEPTIONS, NO VISITORS, NO DAY-GUESTS
Sorry, but previous guests have taken advantage of our hospitality and have overloaded our 6-person septic system, thrown loud disruptive parties, and have caused issues with the neighbors. For these reasons, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for exceeding out 6-person maximum occupancy. Our septic system is next to the tidelands where our oyster farm is. We risk damaging the wetlands, the health of the oysters, and in turn hurting our guests and neighbors.
