Also there are 2 great restaurants on the water near our lake home which are accessible by land, or water. High speed fiber wireless 1gig internet. The level lot provides plenty of parking for guests. Two story home with covered deck on two sides, on both the top, and bottom floor with plenty of patio furniture for all. Outdoor amenities are a single boat slip dock, with swim pier and ladder. A private non-shared boat launch for you to enjoy if you have boats. There are zero steps to the boat dock and water. Enjoy grilling your favorite foods on the charcoal grill. Outdoor 2nd refrigerator/freezer. Fire pit with complimentary firewood. Inside on the first floor enjoy the open kitchen, living, and dining area. Perfect for large groups to congregate and entertain. The kitchen come fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, additional ice maker on counter for large groups. There is 1 bedroom on the first floor. Also on the first floor is the first full bathroom, laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom, the master bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and bunk bed with trundle. All linens, towels and washcloths are provided. Hairdryer in both bathrooms.
