Located just 15 minutes from downtown Tampa and Wesley Chapels, our prime location allows you to explore the area's attractions while enjoying the peace and privacy of our retreat.
The space
Nature preserve front yard, this 160 acres sanctuary contains many features of nature and a freshwater lake surrounded by a 2.25 mile long hiking trail.
The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an office, providing ample space for families or groups of up to six people.
The master bedroom offers a king bed set, a walk-in closet, and a marble en-suite bathroom. You can enjoy a magnificent lake view from the comfort of your own bed, and there's even a smart TV to keep you entertained.
The guest room also boasts a beautiful lake view and a comfortable queen bed, while the kid's room has one crib and one queen bed.
Office room comes equipped with a computer desk and bookshelf, making it the perfect workspace.
Our fully equipped kitchen includes a slow cooker, coffee machine, air fryer, toaster, and all the amenities you need to cook and entertain with ease.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house and lake access, with the exception of the garage which is for owner use only.
