Welcome to the private community of North Shores!
This beautiful 6-bedroom home is available to rent for the Summer! Enjoy coffee in the morning on one of the many decks while overlooking the canal, watching the boats go by. This home has multiple levels and plenty of outdoor space. There are 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Enjoy your very own private pool. Sorry, but no pets.
THE HOUSE: The kitchen and dining area are located on the first floor. To the left of the kitchen, up a few stairs is a guest room with a shared full bath and another sitting room which opens up to the pool deck. To the right of the kitchen, up a few flights of stairs is a large great room for entertainment. Off the great room are 2 guest rooms with a shared full bath as well as the Master bedroom. To the left of the great room, there are 2 more bedrooms with a shared full bath.
LOCATION: The private community of North Shores offers a private beach, swimming pool, tennis courts and marina. You are just a short bike ride or car ride away from the beautiful trails of Gordons Pond. North Shores is a quiet residential community with a 24/7 security patrol. Don't feel like bringing all your beach gear, you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas through the beach club. The beach is a short walk from the house, but if you prefer to drive, there is a free parking lot next to the community pool. There will be a mandatory $100 fee to use the amenities per week booked.
PARKING: There are 4 spots in the driveway
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 2pm and Check-out is 10am. Saturday-Saturday rentals only.
Linens, towels and paper products are not provided. You will need to bring your own or rent them from one of the many linen companies in the area.
