Lower level is separated from the upper level with icynene foam to reduce noise as well as foam in between bedrooms. The 5th bedroom has a king bed and private full bathroom, 6 bedroom has a king bed and access to a full bathroom, 7th bedroom has a queen over queen bunk, twin over twin bunk, and trundle bed that has two twins. There is also 3 twins in the tv area upstairs.
Great room with kitchen with a new 9' granite island/eating area.. Family room has 2 sliding glass doors to fully appreciate the beautiful lake view or walk onto the massive screened in covered deck. Additional tv room in the back of the house that has 3 twin beds. Bedrooms perfectly situated away from the great room and backyard to allow the ‘sleepers’ to sleep while the awake fun continues.
This home is almost 3,000 Square feet of perfectly utilized space for large gatherings with over 80 feet of waterfront.
Swimming, boating, fishing or just listening to the music on the dock by day. Campfires and catching fireflies by night. This side of the lake has warm water temperatures between April and November, less congested than the public side and great fishing year-round.
Canoes available if renters didn't sink them. Access to community boat launch and room to secure 2 boats on the house’s dock. There is also a floating hookup for your wave runners.
