Right off the living area is the marvelous outdoor pool, one of the greatest perks of this house (besides its location). Curl up on the sofa, watch a fun TV show on the flatscreen TV, and then head out to enjoy a deliciously refreshing dip in the pool. There's a grill by the pool and a small, but comfortable seating area. You can take in the water views from the comfort of the beach chairs or the pool. On the second floor, you'll find the main living area which features a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Prepare delicious meals, beach snacks, and cold beverages in the fully-equipped kitchen and then take a well-deserved rest in the living area or at the balcony, which overlooks the canal and the pool. The kitchen is simply marvelous. It comes equipped with all the modern appliances you could ever dream of along with a double door refrigerator, two ovens, and a small kitchen island.
