Positive: Loved the area, hosts obliging, had things I like for breakfast. The bathroom is small, as I had read in reviews, ok for me, nice fittings/tiles, clean. Good shower, hot water. Expect quirky in the small double.

Negative: Could do with new carpet.

Summary: Quirky BnB, lovely area, obliging hosts.
