Welcome to our Family Friendly Home with a Golf Course View!!
Sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The upstairs bedroom is a loft with two twin beds. The bedroom with the queen bed is also upstairs. The spacious master bedroom is on the main floor with a full bath.
The living room has plenty of room & seating for the whole family!
The game room has a pac-man & queen sofa couch. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you’ll need for preparing a family meal. The dining room has a view of the backyard & golf course.
We offer a spacious deck for your outdoor dining pleasure, includes a BBQ, large table & chairs, bar table with stools & mini fridge! The beautiful grassy backyard is fenced with a fire pit & sitting area.
The boat launch is a 1/2 mile away. Sorry no dock. Plumas Pines Marina is 5 miles away if you need a boat slip.
The amenities in the Country Club include a golf course, tennis court, pickleball, & restaurant.
