Caza Bonita is a quick 31-mile drive from Phoenix International Airport and is easy to find with any GPS app. There is plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. Check in is simple with a remote keypad that gives you access to this amazing vacation home. No need to meet anyone to get the keys—you'll be provided a code the day before you arrive.
Enter through the front door, drop your luggage in the foyer, and start exploring around this beautiful Arizona home. Straight ahead is the large living room, which has comfortable furniture, big TV screen, gas fireplace, and board games for everyone to enjoy. From the living room, you can access the amazing backyard oases.
To your right as you enter is a massive, fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, an in-counter cooktop, island with bar top seating, and a drip coffee maker. The dining room is attached to the kitchen and gives you access to the backyard.
Also located on the right side of the house are the Master bedroom and bathroom, Queen bedroom, billiards room, laundry room with a utility sink, and another full bathroom garage with games like cornhole and ladder ball.
The Master bedroom has a King bed, dresser, closet, a Smart TV, fan, and access to the back yard wonderland. In the master bathroom, you can relax in the jetted tub or in the huge walk-in shower with two shower heads.
Enjoy a game of pool in the billiards room, which also has direct access to the front patio.
To the left of the entrance, you'll find a beautiful Queen bedroom with direct access to the backyard, a work desk, closet, fan, and Smart TV. This room has direct access to the jack and jill bathroom that is shared with the bunkroom. The jack and jill bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a lot of counter space so that several people can get ready at the same time. The bunk room is on the other side of the jack-and-jill bathroom. It has a bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. This room also has a second twin bed. There is a closet, a Smart TV, and a work desk in the bunkroom.
The best part comes last! Head out back through one of the 4 access points and enjoy the resort-style backyard with multiple seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, large patio, 4 hole putting green, fire pit, and PRIVATE POOL!
The depth of the pool ranges from 3' to 5 1/2' deep. It can be warmed or cooled for an extra $75 per day. It's very expensive for us to run the heating and cooling equipment. We can't promise that the pool will be a certain temperature because the weather outside is a big factor, but if the heater or cooler is on, it will make a huge difference. It's also completely fine to forgo the temperature control and just let the outside temperature determine the temperature of the pool. That is completely up to you.

Due to the extreme weather Arizona has experienced in the last year, we are making our best efforts, like everyone else, to conserve energy at Cazabonita. In the house you will find 2 nest thermostats that we had installed to help with this. These thermostats are programmed to run our system in the most efficient way possible while still keeping the house comfortable for our guests. We would appreciate if you would let them run through their cycles, but we also want you to be comfortable during your stay. You should be able to adjust them if you find they are not meeting your needs. The only time that they are not able to be adjusted is from 4-7pm everyday because our power provider has set restrictions on usage during these hours. Due to these restrictions the lowest the thermostat can be set during these hours is 77 degrees. As soon as the restriction period is over the thermostats will automatically begin to the lower the temperature.
Excellent customer service is something we take great pride in. Prior to check-in and check-out, we give very thorough instructions so that visitors may just unwind and take it easy while on vacation. We are excellent at providing prompt responses to questions and concerns. The process of checking in is very simple. A door code will be sent to you the day before check-in. There's no need to meet someone to get keys!
There is a camera on the exterior by the entry to the house that records audio and visual at all times. This is here for the safety of the house and our guests. There are NO other cameras anywhere on the premises. The camera does not view any private areas.
