POOL HEATING: The pool will be heated to 80 degrees and anything over that will incur a $20
per day charge. It is guest responsibility to notify host if the pool water level goes below the
skimmer in the pool. This happens when the pool temperature is warm and water evaporates.
When this happens the pool must be filled with the provided hose & water. If the pool water
remains below the skimmer the Pool Pump will suck air and the Pool Pump Motor can burn out.
When the Pool Pump can not run the Pool Heater can not run. Host controls the Pool Equipment
Remotely so please DO NOT touch pool equipment (pump or heater). Kindly communicate to host if there are any issues with the Pool immediately so that host can address them.

* The outdoor lights will be automatically turned off at 10 PM and cannot be turned back
