Summary: This was our 2nd VRBO on the Toledo Bend lake. We had 3 couples. The kitchen had everything we needed. A larger coffeemaker would be nice. One of the beds is broken and if not repaired, needs to be replaced. I saw earlier review confirming this. Overall would recommend. Our group was 50 and older and the lack of a bathroom in the loft area is an issue for older couples but I could see where it would be great for kids. Enjoyed playing cards at night and sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the mornings. Sunsets were great.
