Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath getaway retreat nestled in the heart of Franconia Notch, close to hiking, skiing, restaurants/breweries, plenty of outdoor activities, & an array of attractions perfect for families, couples & friends looking to soak in everything the White Mountains has to offer. You’ll be minutes away from Cannon Mt., Mt. Lafayette, Flume Gorge, The Notch, Lost River Gorge & other breathtaking hikes & summits. Closeby is plenty of shopping, dining, entertainment & leisure.
The space
We are centrally located 10 mins to Cannon, 25-30 mins from both Bretton Woods and Loon Mt in Lincoln!
The home is best suited for a maximum of 6 adults. If you have a larger group with children, it is suited for up to 8. These requirements are set to ensure that you and your group have the best experience possible.

MAIN Floor: Create memories with open-concept cooking, living and entertainment! Chef-up delicious meals from the glass cooktop on our island while overlooking the living and dining area. Ethan Allen dining table seats 6. Our family room has a 70” Samsung, vaulted ceilings and a Thomasville sectional that comfortably seats 6-8.
On the main floor, you’ll find two equal-sized bedrooms with queen memory foam beds, ample closet space and oversized windows directly across from a full bath.
The huge MASTER bedroom is located on the second floor. Tons of natural light, a king-sized bed, closet space and a daybed rounds out this space.
We have ONE full bathroom with tub/shower and a half bath located on first floor.
Cooling: We do not have Air Conditioning. In the summer months, the night temperature drops to 45-60 degrees, with it being up to 65 degrees a few days of the month. We provide fans and our home has an air exchanger built-in to move cool summer nights air into the home.
WIFI: We have satellite internet. And NO cable tv. You can log into our smart TV apps.
Summer/Spring: bike paths, hiking, kayaking, fishing, canoeing, lakes, Mt Washington, museums, ski resorts, The Basin
Winter: Woodstock Ice Caves, snow tubing, snowmobiling, XC skiing, skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, sleigh rides, snowshoeing, ski resorts, Cannon Mtn, Loon Mtn, and Bretton Woods
Fall: foliage, horseback riding, apple picking, Cannon Mtn Tramway, Flume Gorge
Less than a 5 minute walk to Franconia Inn which offers a host of things to do such as 25 mi XC skiing trials, horseback/sleigh riding, air gliding, ice skating, snow tubing, and snow shoeing.
Decorative Fireplace only. NO garage access, parking in driveawy only.
We have fallen in love with the White Mountains and our hope is that you and yours will find as much joy and happiness as we have found exploring the beauty of nature and gathering with family and friends.
