Located in the Boystown neighborhood of Chicago, this house has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms. Operates normally as a bed & breakfast but can be fully rented out here (light breakfast items will be left). There is no parking onsite, however, we will provide you with a map to all parking and permits for the surrounding area. Perfect for get togethers where location is key, being together is key, bachelor/bachelorette parties, groups that want to easily walk to Wrigley.
There is a kitchen, living room & dining room space alongside a front yard that can fit at least 19 people (more if standing room is ok). There are 4 rooms located on the garden floor (all with their own bathroom), 2 on the main level (all with their own bathroom) and 3 rooms located on the top floor (one bathroom shared by all 3 rooms).
Can sleep 16 with beds, 17 with a rollaway, a couple more if you bring air mattresses
This is in the middle of a lot of bars and restaurants, so some parts of the space can be loud on weekends
Towels are provided in each room

This Bed and Breakfast building was built in 1892, as a single family home and converted to a Bed and Breakfast that catered to the gay community in 1983, and has been operating as a Bed and Breakfast ever since, and we welcome all!
Located in the vibrant Boystown community and a close walk to Wrigley Field, this inn offers complimentary continental breakfast from 6am-10am each morning (coffee and tea available all day), free wifi throughout property, smart tv's in the room.
There is a beautiful yard to enjoy, but the real advantage of staying here is that you will be in the middle of all our neighborhood has to enjoy. However, that can mean that it can be loud at night sometimes and may not be perfect for you if you are really really sensitive to noise.
Checkin is at 3pm and is completely self-checkin, you will be sent an online registration and directions on how to get to your room. There is no front desk staff to check you in, so you must follow the instructions
Checkout is at 11am.
We offer bag drop off for those that need a place to leave a bag before check in or check out at no charge.
If you would like to access your room early, its $20 and moves check in to 1pm, late check out is $20 and moves checkout to 1pm, both are FCFS. Pets allowed with $25 fee, if you would like your room cleaned during your stay its a $5 charge/day

There are nine rooms in the house. Three have a shared bathroom while the others have their own bathrooms, no bathtubs only showers. You will have to access stairs to get to all rooms, there is no elevator.
We offer no exceptions to our cancellation policy. All reservations must be made online.
50% deposit is due the day the reservation is made and the rest is due 48 hours prior to check in
Big Gay Sal's will do pre game specials for night games, post game for early games and specials before concerts, where you can meet other guest going to the show!
