The first floor level features a large open plan living area with a modern kitchen that features all the mod cons you will need to cook up a storm if you so desire including Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, loads of pots and pans, Miele oven. Quality glassware to enjoy your wine, beer or mixed drink after a day at the beach or exploring our beautiful region. And, of course, a dishwasher is a must so that after a long cook you are not chained to the kitchen sink!
A great dining space bar/ table, is also provided adjacent to the kitchen benchtop if the weather means you need to dine inside.
The upstairs living area has a 55-inch Samsung TV and sofa with chaise lounge to relax and catch up on your favourite shows or movies. Free Wi-Fi included.
Step down into the main bedroom with a queen size bed which opens to the rear balcony with its own outdoor lounge setting. Built-in wardrobes, block out blinds and curtains and room for your luggage completes this area.
The main bathroom features a luxury range of Moooi amenities (Shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion), hairdryer, and an extra-large shower.
On level one you have a choice of two balconies – front and rear. The front balcony features a Weber BBQ, bar table and stools for whether your either enjoying a cuppa first thing, a wine or beer while the sun sets or dining outside together. An electric blind has been installed to make this space a comfy place to hang in all weather conditions.
The rear balcony is off the main bedroom with its own outdoor lounge setting where you can head to relax, read a book or take a nap.
One the ground floor this quality holiday home features one bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and toilet, a luxury range of Moooi amenities and hairdryer. The fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer is also located on this level.
This level also has it’s own living room with 65” TV, lounge and recliner. A private office with desk, chair, couch and great natural light if you need to attend to some work or conference calls during your stay. You also have access through the rear sliding doors to an outdoor
courtyard with bench seat and garden to relax in the fresh air.
We’ve also included a wine fridge and separate bar fridge, along with your very own toaster, kettle and utensils on this level so you can wake up in the morning and have yourself a cuppa without disturbing your friends upstairs and/or anytime have a bevvy without having to run upstairs for a refill.
