Summary: The front desk staff was very nice and accomodating. The building is older and in need of some TLC: the ac unit didn't work well, drains were slow, the hallway was hot and smelled all weekend, trash was left in the hall for over 24 hours, and there were stains on the blanket and couch. In my opinion, it wasn't worth the $24 savings per night.
