The Space:
Welcome to Winterbrow, our newly remodeled mountain home in the woods! Winterbrow Lodge has a unique peaceful and private setting while remaining a mere 10 minutes from the amenities of downtown Chattanooga! With spectacular views of the city or the woods, this beautiful custom built home has an exposed oak wood staircase connecting its three floors. The vaulted living room has exposed oak beams and space to enjoy family or friends while appreciating a wooded view in the summer and a city view in the winter. You can further enjoy the views from the 4 decks! The living room screened area contains a hot tub for you to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery. The house is equipped with 5 HD TVs with cable, HBO, smart features, and high speed internet.
Climbers, feel free to explore the numerous mountain stone boulders scattered around the 5 acre property!
The main floor consists of an inviting living area, new comfortable wrap around couch, and wood burning fire place. Apart from the living room is a screened in porch with a view and relaxing hot tub! The fully equipped newly remodeled kitchen has a large dining table, new countertops and is prepared for you to brew coffee in the morning or cook for your family throughout your stay.
Our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 people in beds and 13 guests with air mattress and living room couch. The master suite on the top floor has a king bed and spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi and updated counter tops, 2 walk in closets, laundry room, and access to a private deck that offers the best view of the city and woods! Our three guest bedrooms offer ample privacy and convenience within the home. Guest Bedroom #1 is a separate suite on the bottom floor. It has a king bed, and common area complete with a day/twin bed and big screen TV. Guest Bedroom #2 is off the kitchen and has a queen bed, an air mattress, and a TV. Guest Bedroom #3 is on the upper floor adjacent to the master suite and includes a queen bed. In addition to the bedrooms enjoy a day bed (twin) in the living room and comfortable wrap around couch that is capable of sleeping two more.
Other amenities include ample parking outside, secluded setting, games for kids, and pet friendly. (Pet fees: $150 per pet)
We want you to feel truly comfortable on vacation and enjoy our home as much as we have over the years! If we can do anything to better accommodate your family during your stay please let us know!
Guest Access:
Our guests have exclusive access to the entire property.
The Neighborhood:
We are located on the side of Signal Mountain. Neighbors are spaced out in this wooded rural neighborhood. We love our neck of the woods along with the views of forest and city lights. We are just minutes from downtown Chattanooga life. This is a truly unique place.
Getting Around:
There is ample parking for 5 vehicles outside the house.

"Is there a pet fee? Weight or breed restrictions?"
Yes, we require a pet fee for furry friend (dogs only, no cats). If the platform allows you to select that you’re bringing a pet, please choose that option when booking and the pet fee will be added to your pricing breakdown. You’ll be able to see the exact fee before confirming your booking.
We have no weight or breed restrictions. Pet fees are due when making your reservation. A single pet fee allows up to 2 dogs during your stay. Pets must be respectful of the space and must not damage the home in any way.
"Do you have a grill and what kind?"
Our grill is both charcoal and gas combo in one (they're side by side), we provide propane but our guests bring their own charcoal :)
“What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?”
Our minimum age required to book is 18 :)
“Do you offer payment plans?”
By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We can’t control payment plans on our end, but in the unlikely event that one is available, you will see the option when booking.
"How many TV's are in the house?"
There are 5 high definition 4K TV's (living room + one per bedroom) and lightning fast Wifi throughout the house for on demand entertainment.
"Will there be other guests there or am I booking the entire place?"
You're booking the entire place with exclusive access and privacy :)
"Is Uber available to downtown?"
Yes, it's a quick Uber hop to downtown Chattanooga, as far as I know.
