Wisteria features ducted heating & cooling throughout the house, including in all four bedrooms. Underfloor heating is featured in the main living area and the rumpus room. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 4 have been equipped with ceiling fans. The home has also been appointed with both a wood and gas fireplace.

Fireplace: This property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
