Positive: Overall, it is really nice, clean, and peaceful. There were some suggestions for use of the kitchen, such as better cookware and cooking utensils. AC units could be newer..loud. The grill needed to be cleaned prior to our visit, it's full of caked on grease. We took pictures. The fire pit could be replaced, it's lopsided. Also, there was only one wine glass.
Negative: Not good pots or pans or cooking utensils. There was no lid on coffee pot, which only made 4 cups. Had to request a new one, which took until the next day to get, so no coffee in the morning. The grill was caked with grease, had not been cleaned for a very long time. The firepit was lopsided. Nice jacuzzi. The house itself was really nice just needs some upgrades. Glad the next guests will have a much better coffee pot.
