Wylye Croft is a spacious detached house, with open-plan and sociable day space, including a double-height sitting and dining area with wood burning stove and exposed beams. To take full advantage of the special views across the surrounding hills, valley and village, there are floor to ceiling glazed doors and numerous windows allowing the light to flood in, and a large deck area with garden furniture. On the ground floor, the well-appointed accommodation includes an open plan kitchen with range cooker and breakfast island, a separate dining area, and a large sitting area which faces the fireplace with its wood burning stove. The living area has high ceilings and exposed beams, and leads through to a library area with well-stocked shelves so you are bound to find something interesting to read. The separate snug and television room is generously equipped with a large selection of board games, and also has glass doors which lead out to a second deck and the large wrap around garden.
Also on the ground floor are two separate utility rooms, a cloak room, and the first of the four bedrooms with a separate shower room. There are a further three bedrooms on the first floor, a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a second king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom. A family bathroom, and a study area on the landing completes the generous accommodation.
