Summary: Hotel is quite basic for the cost. 19 per cent service charge included on everything plus 13.5 per cent taxes. Great location and balcony was great for atmosphere over holiday weekend. Breakfast is basic and not worth the cost. Lifts were incredibly slow and had to wait extended periods to access room. Cleaners were excellent. We had an issue after we left and had huge trouble getting in contact with the hotel - messages not passed on, hung up on, not called back.
