Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Though the hotel is a bit older than the surrounding hotels, within the building was newly renovated and very spacious. The surrounding hotels were so jam packed I could only imagine how uncomfortable the amenities may have been. It was busy, but not packed. Really clean, and very bright. The pool was pretty neat, though it needs to be resurfaced it still looks pretty cool.
Negative: What I didn't like is that I reserved a sweet that had supposed to be conjoining rooms. The gentleman that checked me in knew the room that I reserved was supposed to have two rooms connected to each other but told me that was not available even though that's what I reserved. He did not give me a price break because I reserved my stat through a third party. I didn't feel like arguing with him so I just dealt with it. That and the sliding glass door to the patio was quite heavy to open. I did expect quite a bit more from the kitchen, but there isn't a menu to look over, and used doordash to provide my meals.
