This is a warm, homey creative space for those looking to experience something different when visiting a different city.
This space is a one bedroom apartment home, with large central spaces.”, as well as a beautiful rooftop including a tennis court, gym, hottub, plenty of seating and tables, and of course, a skyline view of the city of atlanta! (Please note! The hottub has been temporarily drained at this time.)
This space is located in midtown/downtown of atlanta, only one street over from Piedmont park, a park known to host major city events such as concerts, festivals, and centrally a meeting place for the entire city!
Right outside of the community is also our well known 5 mile trail called the Beltline. Along this trail you can bike, skate, and even ride motor devices! You will also run into several shops, restaurants and bars to make a pit stop.
This location is about 10 minutes from Lenox
Mall & Phipps Plaza, The Coca Cola Factory, The Georgia Aquarium, The State Farm Arena, and even the Mercedes Benz Stadium!

When out of town, or even doing a staycation, people love to actually feel like they’re somewhere different. It’s the beginning of switching your mental into vacay mode, and this home provides all of that and more!

As far as lounges, we have Sivas hookah lounge, boogaloo lounge, (both walking distance) and many bars up and down piedmont.
Most of these places offer state of the art full bar, chef inspired food menus, and many selects of hookah,(if your into that)!
Other quick Uber eats, door dash, grub hub worthy spots include: Goodfellas, The Varsity, Henry’s, Tin Lizzy’s, Negril Village, Wing Stop, and many many more!

GETTING AROUND
There is open and free parking within this community. Most places within the city are a short 5-10 minute Uber ride, but I’f your in an exploring mood, walk to your destination and really take in the city of Atlanta!
GUEST ACCESS
FYI* the hot tub has been drained temporarily!!
Upon arrival, I will give you access virtually into the apartment gates.
You will have access to all amenities(rooftop, jacuzzi, 5 star rooftop gym).
There is a washer/dryer inside of home, available for use.
Once inside, there will be a keycard provided that you may use the duration of your stay. PLEASE DO NOT LOOSE THIS KEY CARD! If lost, you will be charge a lost key fee of $149.
If proof of smoking in home, there will be a charge of $125 added to your stay!
PLEASE DO NOT USE WHITE TOWELS FOR MAKEUP USE! If towels are used for makeup, or are stained due to makeup products, there will be a fee of $75 added to your booking!
All guests stays over 3 people will be charged $65 additional per stay up to 1 week!
Please feel free to use everything in the apartment, other than the closet... (this is my storage area.)
