Come soak up the sun on our (your) 2 and half acres whilst lazing around the pool and soothing hot spa with a resort like feel experience sipping away on your favourite cool drink. We are a 800m walk to a calm sandy long beach. It’s Just 6km south to Bateman's Bay town or 10min North to Marramarang National Park providing many secluded picturesque beaches and bush walking tracks for all levels.This resort home ticks all the boxs its not just somewhere to sleep it’s the whole relaxing experience!
The space
This resort like home consist of 2 dwellings with a huge outdoor covered area with total of 5 double rooms, 3 kitchens and 3 bathrooms
MAIN HOUSE
A fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, coffee machine, 900mm oven, 5 electric hot plate and dishwasher
3 bedrooms
2 bathrooms one being a en-suite and the other is the main bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.
A lounge room with a big comfy lounge, smart Tv's and Netflix
The dinning room has a 8 seater dinning room table.
The laundry consists of a 8.5kg front louder washing machine and dryer with ample space for all your laundry needs. There is also a separate toilet off the laundry
GUEST HOUSE
Then you also have a detached guesthouse consisting of
2 bedrooms both have queen size beds.
1 bathroom shower, toilet and vanity.

The lounge room consists of a comfy lounge, coffee table, TV, X-box, with a numerous assortments of board games and Netflix.
OUTDOOR AREA
Both of these dwellings back onto a beautiful spacious outdoor living space with another fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, BBQ, under counter fridge, wood fire pizza oven, a bread maker to make your very own fresh pizza dough and a deep fryer.
A outdoor Balinese dinning table and day beds, outdoor lounge with coffee table all overlooking the solar heated 10m pool and separate spa with sunbeds, coffee table with a bush surrounding.
We supply all linen and towels
Soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper
Salt and pepper, some sauces and cooking oil
The fire wood is supplied for the pizza oven also.
There is WI-FI through out the property. (Please keep in mind in high season our area can some times experience slow internet due to the increased population).
The spa and pool is proudly kept at a very hygienic level......
PLEASE keep it that way as we do not have any P in our _OOL or S_A.
There is plenty of room for parking room for the boat or jet ski etc.
We also do provide you with pool and spa towels.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to the whole property except the large shed in the front corner of the property. (Owners private storage area)
