This amazing newly remodeled home is amazing for those traveling to Columbus for work or business looking for a spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome in the centrally located Olde Towne East neighborhood. 6 mins to Downtown Columbus, 4 mins to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, 8 mins to Nationwide Arena & the Convention Center, 8 mins to OSU, near local restaurants & much more!
This home is NOT suitable for children of any age. We ask that you do not book if children will be staying. Reservation will be canceled otherwise.
The home only accommodates 4 people. Due to the shared wall and this being a townhome we want to be respectful of the neighbors and noise. There should be no more than 4 guests in the home at any given time. Failure to follow these rules will cause for your reservation to be cancelled immediately!
The Common Areas include a:
• Beautiful living room area for relaxing
• Smart TV (log into your own apps such as Netflix, Hulu etc)
• Breakfast area for dining or working
• Couch’s and chairs for relaxing and watching TV after a long day of work
The Master Bedroom features a:
• Queen Sized Bed (the mattress is on the medium side not too soft not too firm it is a memory foam)
• Smart TV (log into your owner apps such as Netflix, Hulu etc)
• Direct access to the bathroom w/ stand up walk-in shower (no bathtub)
• Double door sliding closet for use
The other two bedrooms features:
• Full Sized bed in each room (the mattress is on the medium side not too soft not too firm it is a memory foam)
• Walk in closet area for storing your belongings
• Bathroom access in hallway w/ shower and bathtub perfect for a bubble bath
• Bean bag chairs in the rooms
• Smart TV (log into your own apps such as Netflix, Hulu etc)
The Kitchen comes with:
• A Mini Coffee Station w/ Keurig to enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee
• Blender and toaster for use
• A Fully Stocked Cabinet (with dishes, pots, pans and utensils for your stay)
• Microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge the essentials you’ll need
• Washer and dryer for your use
• Spacious fenced backyard for use (no outdoor furniture as of now feel free to bring your own chairs/tables)
There is a potential for noise from neighbors we do ask that guest be cautious of their noise levels, no loud music as mentioned this is a townhome with a shared wall and we mainly rent to business, work or school travelers that work day and night shift quiet hours 10pm-8am no loud music please..
