The apartment, set at the basement floor, is made of two double rooms, a bathroom with shower and tub, and a living room with kitchenette. It is reachable only by using stairs.
The flat stands out for its wonderful garden with a panoramic view of Val Gardena and the surrounding Dolomites.
The kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.
Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.

This holiday home is located outside Ortisei, just below the Passo Pinei, and has various flats of all sizes and types, making it an ideal solution for both single families and larger groups.
In summer the location is perfect for nature lovers, as the Bullaccia forest and the Geo Trail start a few hundred metres behind the house. It is a strategic starting point for visiting both Val Gardena and the Alpe di Siusi area, as Ortisei and its ski lifts are only 3 km away and the same applies to Castelrotto and its surroundings.
You can also use the bus, which stops less than 100 metres from the house, to reach any destination using the free tickets we provide.
In winter, the ski bus, which always stops less than 100 m from the house, will take you free of charge to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, which start in Ortisei, to the Rasciesa, Seceda and Alpe di Siusi.
The pride of the house is its idyllic location and the garden with a view of Val Gardena, where you can enjoy peaceful moments, breathing in the pure air of the Dolomites.
The house is also equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday in the Dolomites, such as 1 outdoor parking space for each flat, a shared washing machine, a ski room with boot warmer, Wi-Fi, linen and towels.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
