Positive: I like that the property was very centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shopping mall.
Negative: What I didn’t like about the property was the fact that the lobby was not air conditioned at all. Our room was a disaster with no updates whats so ever. The closet doors fell off the hinges when opening them, there were bugs everywhere, the AC didn’t work properly . It was a very bad apartment with the sofa being old and musky. The balcony was horrible as the AC was leaking every time you walked on the balcony it was dripping on you. We had issues with the toilet as we as foreigners were not to,d not to flush the toilet wit toilet paper. There was no garbage for us to put our used toilet paper in. The toilet became clogged and needed fixing. The hinges on the doors of the closet kept coming off, the shower didn’t drain properly, the glasses were old and no salt or pepper dispensers in the room , no cooking utensils in the room . It needs a serious update and the finalize our stay,our host threatened me personally about his apartment. Stay away , from this place our towels had holes in them . Bugs everywhere , no blinds on the guest bedroom window . AC didn’t function in the guest bedroom .
Summary: This apartment/ hotel is great for location but horrible for the rest.
