Positive: The location and the view is amazing!
Negative: First the fact that it’s an apartment complex with parking directly below but you can’t park there as they don’t hold a bay. If you arrive with a car prepare to be stressed. All the pre check in links you need to follow before they will give you any information is insane. I filled out 3 links before even an address was given and this was only a week or so before we arrived. I understand for privacy but filling out multiple things was a bit over the top. They didn’t provide any cooking oil or proper salt & pepper in the apartment to cook with, we had one tea towel and a tiny bit of paper towel left. The fridge in the apartment wouldn’t stay cold either. There were pre light & blown out basically empty candles as decor and the sheets were stained, it didn’t feel as tho it was cleaned and fresh for us as new guests it felt like we walked straight in after someone else being there. The glass table hadn’t been dusted as you could see the layer of dust on it as soon as we entered. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and not draining which I didn’t figure out until it was not draining and bringing black debris into the sink. There was no real help from Interhome, I called about the parking issue and was basically told good luck. I also messaged about sink and no reply. There were someone else’s undies in the washing basket. You could just tell it wasn’t used a proper air bnb or place for guests, it was like we just stayed in someone’s apartment who left for a couple days. Also there’s a lot of stairs and no lift. Even to get to the main entrance there are two flights of stairs I don’t recommend this apartment or interhome
