Both living areas benefit from a flat screen TV and the main living room also offers direct access out to the splendid private garden, with large covered alfresco dining terrace. The sleeping accommodation is ideal for groups, families and couples in particular; with 3 Double bedrooms featuring alongside a useful overflow Double futon bed to the lower-level sitting room. Two fitted Bathrooms and 1 Service WC complete the layout of this fully-equipped well-loved home. Outside, the sunny private garden provides plenty of car parking space at the front.
