Summary: This is a very basic 4 star hotel about 20 minutes walk from Torino Porta Nuova station. The personel are very nice and hospitable, but the bedrooms and bathrooms need investment as they're old. In our room, the handle was coming off the window and the electrical socket was coming out of the wall. When you turned on the bathroom light, it made a loud noise. The shower head needs to be cleaned very well or better yet replaced. The breakfast was average and could be upgraded a bit with a minimum of effort. That said, the people are nice and if you book a few months before you can get a good price. That said,
