The Mansarda al Parco is located in the center a stone's throw from the public Giardin, the most famous monumental park in Trieste, and Viale XX Settembre, one of the most characteristic and central tree-lined avenues, an area of cinemas and theaters. It is a spacious and comfortable attic, recently completely renovated, with characteristic exposed beams, located on the fifth floor of a period building without a lift. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, living room-kitchen and bathroom.

The accommodation is about 65 square meters, consisting of two large double bedrooms, one with an extra large double bed (180x200) and the other with two possibly separable beds. Both bedrooms are illuminated by darkened dormers. The living area is a large open space with a kitchen complete with cookware and cooking set, TV, fast wi-fi, double sofa bed, table. Both the living area and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The stairs are not very tiring, but to reach the attic you have to make five floors of stairs, we will be happy on your arrival to help you with your luggage in order to enjoy its charm.

The neighborhood is extremely central and residential. A 10-minute walk from Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia and a stone's throw from the central and pedestrian Viale XX Settembre. You will find everything within easy reach, shops, restaurants, cinemas, banks, post offices, theaters, cafes, in short, the ideal place to move around in comfort.
