Summary: The owner wrote a message before we flew to Naples saying we should meet her colleague when arriving at the B&B. When we arrived at the place, the colleague wrote that we were at the wrong address. It turned out that the owner had rebooked us to another B&B without informing us because we couldn’t stay at hers. We ended up walking around Naples for 1.5 hours with heavy luggage. It ruined our only evening in Naples. We didn't get any apology or compensation for this.
