Summary: The bedroom was superb, the bed was enormous and one of the best I've slept on ever. Unfortunately there were maintenance issues with the bathroom, toilet unfixed to the ground, sink not draining properly etc. A damp musty smell in that room. Shower cubicle a bit past it's best. I was there a short time and to be fair I don't think the proprietor was even aware of the bathroom issues. It wouldn't take much to fix those bathroom problems and it would be excellent as the bedroom was a gem. The location was good too, easy walk into town past the university.
