This former "lemon house" with a breathtaking view of the Sibillini mountains features a private swimming pool and can comfortably accommodate a family. The beautiful beaches of the Riviera del Conero are only 12 km away. You can enjoy a lovely walk through the hilly region and have a look at the world-famous Italian cuisine at one of the nearby restaurants. The specially built villa has large windows and tasteful decorations and an atmosphere that is typical of houses on the sea. The spaces on the ground floor all have French doors to the garden with a patio, outdoor kitchen, wood oven, and barbecue. You can dine alfresco after swimming in the infinity pool among the olive trees (excellent privacy).
