Positive: Location is perfect to explore downtown of Lecce. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Negative: Well, breakfast experience was not the best experience, you have to go to another BB,. Once you are there, there was lack of staff to change water in coffee machine and to provide tea bags during the breakfast buffet , moreover, in a terrace full of pigeons, annoying people over there. Not to blame the staff that they work hard to run breakfast and check in/out (not fair towards them), management either should invest in Casa Balmes to provide breakfasts or to employ someone in their twin BB to run only breakfasts.
