I'm graduated in History at the University of Pisa and I've decided to combine the knowledge of the area with the true passion for the hospitality that has always characterized my large and typical Italian family! - CONFORT AND CHARM
The spacious apartment offers a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounging space (sofa and TV area) with views over the garden - a Master bedroom (with a single bed too) - a bathroom with the shower, expertly decorated with typical tiles of our area. In addition there is a utility room.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of an ancient historic house, a Medieval House Tower - Casa Torre dell'Orologio has its own private entrace and its one patio-garden area. Like many Medieval buildings in the village the main window has decorative wrought iron bars which provide a sense of both historic reference and security.
To ensure the greatest possible comfort, you will find bathrobes, towels and sheets as well as the linen useful for the kitchen.
- LIVING/DINING & KITCHEN ZONE
The wonderful open plan kitchen, dining and leaving space has stylish eclectic collectables mixed with traditional Tuscan design. The stone built kitchen is typical of the area with modern and stylish appliances installed. The dining table sits in the centre of the room is carved from olive wood: a charming white chandelier hangs majestically over the dining zone. A romantic alcove, with table and chairs, will be your breakfast area overlooking the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home : you will find a stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, fridge ,table cloths and all things necessary to cook and clean / wash .
There is also a utility room with clothesline and washing/cleaning stuff and a washing machine.
- FIRST MASTER BEDROOM Medieval chic
The most striking room of the property, the Master bedroom will surprise you for the wonderful location under an ancient domed ceiling. The large airy bedroom has a confortable and large master bed and a single bed ideal for a child/teenager/adult.
There is a shabby-chic wardrobe with a dresser and chest of drawers. The room is equipped with air conditioning.
We can add one more single bed both in the Master bedroom or in the living area, upon request.
Bed lines and bathrobes are provided to lounge in.
- SECOND MASTER BEDROOM Tuscan chic
The property offers also a second masterbedroom with tuscan chic interiors. A lovely iron bed with original tuscan wood furnitures.
- TWO BATHROOMS (twins)
The bathroom has high quality fixtures and fittings mixed with shabby chic interiors. The bathroom has a WC, bidet, hand basin and a spacious shower. Like the other rooms our bathroom is not without authentic style details: the hand basin is set in an old sewing machine. The bathroom is stocked with shower gel and hand soap.
- GARDEN/OUTSIDE
Casa Torre dell'Orologio has the advantage of having an outisde garden with a private patio area directly outside its door. During typical sunny days the garden has a wooden table with umbrella for you to even relax outside.
- ACCESS & PARKING
There is a free car parking spaces along the street where the property is situated and a resident's car park is approximately 200 metres away. (Entrance in Via Trombi)
There are two entraces to the property: the main entrance is in Via Lante, the main road of the historic centre - you enter through an old doorway into a spacious hallway - from here you may access your private entrance.
The other entrance - better if you arrive with the car- is in Via Trombi with the free car parking along the street.
