Positive: Great location, 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station (Materdei). Great host, very responsive, helped us to book taxi on the way back. Easy check-in and check-out. Tasty breakfast, comfy bed.
Negative: The walls are thin, you can hear other guests. For us it was not a problem, hope it was not a problem for those staying at the same time as us :)
Summary: Great long weekend getaway place, would always come back!
