Tenuta Decimo is a splendid farmhouse in the Tuscan hills, in San Gimignano.
The ground floor suite you have chosen for the Villa has a private entrance and measures approximately 40 m2
It can accommodate up to two adults and a child and consists of a double bedroom (with the possibility of separate beds), a private bathroom with shower and a living room with TV, kitchen (use of the kitchen at an additional cost of 5.00 Euros per day) and a sofa bed suitable for a 3-12 year old.

Both the Villa and the Borgo have a swimming pool surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers. Some apartments have a green corner with a nice wooden gazebo, a table and chairs where you can eat and enjoy a relaxing moment in the open air.
Villa Dini is an ancient classical residence of the early eighteenth century. The original architecture has been restored through careful restoration. All apartments have a comfortable and functional kitchenette and are furnished with elegant solid wood furniture made by local craftsmen.
The villa is surrounded by a green park of over 2000 square meters and an area of 100 hectares with olive trees, woods and fields. From the main entrance of the Villa you reach the large lawn in front of the old chapel, which is still consecrated today. A staircase leads to the swimming pool (7.5 m X 1.20 m deep 1.20-1.40 m), which has outdoor showers and services, surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun beds for all guests. In addition to the swimming pool, guests can have breakfast on request in a terrace surrounded by olive trees and with a breathtaking view. The surrounding park has a children's play area with a wooden house, a ping pong table and much more (parental supervision is required). Our restaurant, Locanda del Borgo, is located only 600 meters from the villa in the center of the Borgo. Here our guests can enjoy delicious dishes based on handmade pasta and organic products from the surrounding area, all prepared with great care. Tenuta Decimo also offers its guests numerous additional services, such as guided tours, horseback riding, bicycle rental and much more!
