Just 200 meters from the departure of the cable car for Plan Maison and about 500 meters from the town center. Thanks to numerous glass surfaces, the external and internal environment blend into one, offering breathtaking scenic views of the mountains, Monte Cervino and Plateau Rosà. It’s only a stone's throw from home SPA, social clubs, restaurants, shops and the famous Cervino golf club at the foot of the mountain with a spectacular 18-hole golf course immersed in a unique naturalistic landscape.
Bright three-room apartment completely renovated to offer maximum comfort, and pleasant diffused light at any time of day thanks to the large glass windows. Located on the second floor with a lift, it can accommodate up to 6 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower for a total of 75 m2. There is a living room with sofa bed and 50" HDTV area, a modern kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and microwave. For sleeping there is a double bedroom with private bathroom (with shower), a bedroom with bunk beds, a hallway with bunk beds, and a main bathroom with a shower and washer-dryer. The apartment also comes with a lift, ski room, shared condominium garden and one private garage fit for one car (h. 2mt max), most convenient during the peak season and also some free street parking in front of the residence.
