Studio flat in semi-detached villa by the sea with independent garden and terrace, direct access to the beach, 3 km from the village. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the garden of a two-storey villa. It has a large furnished terrace, sea view, for exclusive use, also equipped with a barbecue, and has direct access to the beach, which is only a few steps away.
Also available, shared with the other flats, is a second terrace closer to the sea, equipped as a solarium and with a shower for after bathing and the possibility of storing bathing equipment.
The studio, measuring approximately 40 sq. m consists of a living/dining room with flat-screen TV, double bed, sofa bed, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen area with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator with freezer. It has a large bathroom with shower and bidet and a laundry corner with washing machine. Floors and wall tiles are glazed ceramic in Mediterranean style. The large terrace, accessible from the living room, overlooks the sea and is equipped with awnings, table, chairs and sun loungers.
