The landscape is hilly and includes lots of Mediterranean vegetation. It lies just a few kilometers from the sea and the "Golfo di Follonica". About 5 km away you will find the medieval castle of Massa Marittima. The property Has Been Divided into three studios, two apartments and a large villa, spread over three buildings. The farm, with an area of 10 hectares (with vineyards and olive gardens) is part of the northern region of Maremma, called the High Maremma. The bay of Follonica, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Violina and Punta Ala, is just minutes away. The large pool (6 x 12 m) is situated in the middle of a wonderful pine forest. At the pool there is a terrace with patio furniture. Facilities of the farm include a common laundry and grills. There is Also a private parking lot. The owner, who is of noble descent, Produces wine and DOC wines, olive oil and honeycombing all of Which you can taste on-site.

The Coliberto Farm is located at few kilometers from the Follonica Gulf and only about 5 kilometers from the medieval town of Massa Marittima, in the heart of the high Maremma in Tuscany.
