Positive: Location to popular tourist locations

Negative: The air conditioning is seasonal only. (Apparently they switch it on in July) We had to complain several times, along with other guests for them to switch it on in. The room was uncomfortably warm. When the air conditioning was finally switched on it automatically stopped at 19.30 each evening. The male on reception was rude and arrogant. The other older male ( name not known) was absolutely lovely. Parts of the room were dusty along with the hallway leading to our room. The phone did not work. Would we stay there again. NO.
