Positive: Stayed here for a few a few nights and a solo traveller. PROS: - Within the main town so close to all the shops - 10 mins from the main bus station - Staff were cordial and spoke enough English to communicate - Free Breakfast not the biggest breakfast selection but still had everything you want. From eggs, toast, yoghurt, cereal, cheese, meats, baked items and coffee. - Chocolate Croissant was excellent! - Rooms are new and clean and comfortable. - Room has a floor length mirror, kettle, coffee, tea, water bottles (complimentary), TV, closet, safe and the bed has a mantle for your things. - Bathroom included enough towels for my stay.
Negative: CONS: - This was my most expensive accommodation during my Europe trip so I was expecting something more. - Bathroom/Toilet was very small but big enough for a small person to get things done. - The shower handle was broken and I could see temporary repairs have been attempted. For the cost of the room - it’s affordable to purchase a new shower head. I had to hold the shower head as it would not stay up in position. - Bathroom amenities were very basic - shower cap, eye makeup remover pads and cotton buds. - No aircon or heater here - but wasn’t an issue. - No block out light curtains - only sheer curtains so you are awoken as soon as the sun rises. Forget daytime naps - otherwise bring an eye mask. - Can be loud outside because it’s within the town.
Summary: Great central location and comfortable stay. Minor changes to improve stay recommended.
