The home is conveniently located 5 minutes to downtown St Pete as well as walking distance to crescent lake. Want to hit the beach? Your closest beach is 13 minutes away! Grab a bike and ride around the beautiful lake, hit the city, or enjoy the gulf side. Anything is possible with this centrally located home!

The home is only a quick 5 minute ride to downtown St Pete where you have wonderful night life as well as delicious restaurants and lounges to hang out. We are also walking distance to sunken garden.
