Positive: Everything was perfect. 1. Location - near to the beach, bar, bakery, pizzeria, bus stop, church - everything you need is immensely close and you really feel like at home. 2. House - very modern, stylish and super clean. Our kids loved it. Plus garage and bikes available to the guests, near the bicycle roads to the Pesaro - perfect! 3. Hosts - very friendly and helpful. We've received very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, with photos and everything. It was made ready for us early on our arrival and we also could stay longer due to our late plane departure. Once again - thank you very mych Simo for your hospitality. Despite the weather, it was a real pleasure to stay at your place !!:) Hope to visit you great apartment once again :)
