Il Casaletto is a beautiful villa situated just outside Spoleto, a wonderful medieval town in Umbria. Recently renovated, it is located in a peaceful location with amazing view of the Umbrian hills, its large garden over 3000 sqm, include a wonderful private pool with sun lounge. A covered patio equipped with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy al fresco dinners with family and friends, under this patio there is also a large fireplace.
The villa’s interiors are perfectly kept with elegant and antique furniture, and consist in one large living room with a working fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (cook top, electric over, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and fridge, coffee maker.
there are 4 bedrooms 3 are with double bed and one with 3 single beds (no possible to join them). Complete the house 3 fully bathrooms, one with shower and two with bathtub and shower.
There is an outside laundry room with a washing machine.
Spoleto is a wonderful historical town, with its Cathedral, the Ponte delle Torri, a medieval aqueduct. The town also host the very famous Festival dei due Mondi, which is a real attraction for artist from all over the world.
