Located in the heart of the Umbria countryside, this amazing villa offers some of most spectacular views of the Umbrian hills made of olive groves and wineries. Just outside of the cozy hamlet of Ficulle with restaurants, supermarkets and other services. The property is short driver from the A1 highway that connects Rome to Florence so it makes easy to reach some of most beautiful location of Tuscany and Umbria.
Villa Artemisia, is surrounded by 100 private acres of the characteristic Umbrian land made of olive groves, oak forest and boast an organic farm certificate. To reach the entrance gate of the property there are 2.5 km of unpaved road.
There is a spectacular private garden with perfectly maintained grass; there is a private swimming pool of 18x7 mt. equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, and it is fenced for child safety; In front of the swimming pool there is a Pool House, equipped with living room, bathroom, sauna and a small gym; close to the pool hose is also the entrance to the wine cellar with great selection of Italian wine. There is a covered patio adjacent to the house where to have al fresco meal with a wood barbecue. Guest can also enjoy a playground bocce court and ping pong table.
The main body of the villa is dated back to 1280, owner carefully restored it maintaining the original walls and it develops in three floors on the ground floor there are four separate living areas equipped with elegant sofas, arm chairs, some of the livings have direct access to the garden with large French doors. Still at the ground floor there is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a dining table as well. On same floor there is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
First floor there are two bedrooms one is with two french size beds and a large private bathroom with bat tube and a separate shower. And the second bedroom is again with two french beds and a small lounge with a single bed and private bathroom with shower
On Second floor there are three double bedrooms, two of these can become into two single beds, every room as his own private bathroom with shower.
The villa has all facilities such as air conditioning, laundry room with wash and dryer, internet wifi, Gym equipment with sauna, satellite tv, large parking space
