Summary: Overall, we had a nice stay. The staff was very warm & welcoming. We opted to stay in a Jr Suite, which was quite nice. And, unlike all of the other hotels we stayed in while visiting Palermo, this one has decent WiFi and exceptional air conditioning. My only complaint is that the gym and steam room are not currently operational, despite their website claiming otherwise. It is highly likely that we would stay here again, just wish they had an honest/accurate website.
