Summary: We stayed here for our ten year wedding anniversary. I sent a few messages ahead of our trip explaining that we’d been here twice before for dinner- 10 years ago after we got married and once after with our son. Despite that we received no special touches be it in our room, or as part of the stay. I was disappointed by that. Bianca was helpful and tried to improve things as I spoke to her and she was great with helping us sort things out. Overall though I was disappointed with the whole experience. Our dishes weren’t cleaned away from our room for two days and the little touches you’d expect were missing for a boutique hotel.
