Positive: We are for the third time in the same building and it again met out expectations. Very clean, great heating system, great location and view from the flat. Service is very polite and forthcoming, we got additional bed for our child. Sofa"s in the living room were very comfortable. Discpunt for the parking is a nice touch. There is also dish washer and washing machine which is making it even better for the family. Also a lots of space for storage. We will be back.

Negative: If we ever had any need this was very fastly resolved.
